We need at least 2 people to be in the kitchen by 4:30 pm to assist with making a salad and getting out dressings, setting up steam tables and salad serving table by 5:45pm.
The food service line needs to be started 6:00 pm. These volunteers will make sure all serving utensils, plates, bowls and silverware are set up. These volunteers will also break down the steam table at the end of food service.
The cashier needs to arrive by 5:30pm.
Standby crew will be called on an as-needed basis. Feel free to check in the crew leader on the day of the event.
