Volunteer Opportunity

Help is needed getting food ready for being passed, refilling water stations, checking in with vendors, changing out trash bags as they get full. Entry into the event is included with this job. You will be able to taste when there are breaks during the work.

We need help getting decorations set up and setting up vendor tables with buckets and ice, etc
Once the bulk of the set up is done, we need people to float through the event to make sure everything is going to plan. Event admission is included with this task, you will be able to enjoy the event in between the moments of work.

We will have two tables that need to be manned:
-a merchandise table. Cashier experience a plus.
-a welcome table. You’ll be passing out the tasting cups for all those checking in
-monitors will take shifts making sure that only Elks (with valid member cards) enter the lodge
**Must be able to stand for extended period of time

Your job will be to sit at the door near the bar, ensure that all entering the lodge have a valid membership card, or are guests (being signed in) of a member, or for those coming from the lodge to the event, have a wristband.

This can run in either two shifts, or if both volunteers want to work the whole day and take turns…whatever works for both.
