DDGER Visitation and Dinner

We will be welcoming our District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler and his team to San Luis Obispo Lodge #322 for the official DDGER Visitation on September 1!
We expect approximately 60 members and guests for dinner, and we need a great volunteer crew to help us make the evening run smoothly and showcase SLO Lodge at its best.
Volunteers Needed
We are looking for help with:
Food Prep
Assist with preparing and plating food before dinner service.
Dinner Servers
Help serve dinner and keep the dining area running smoothly throughout the meal.
Dishwasher
Help keep dishes moving during and after dinner service.
Cleanup Crew
Help clear tables, handle trash and linens, clean the kitchen and dining areas, and return everything to its proper place after dinner.
Volunteer Attire
Because this is an official visitation, we ask all volunteers to please wear:
Black shirt • Black pants • Closed-toed shoes
Volunteer Benefit
As a thank-you for helping us welcome our District Deputy and his team, all volunteers will receive a complimentary meal.
This is an important evening for our Lodge, and many hands will make the work lighter. Thank you for volunteering and helping us put our best foot forward!
