DDGER Visitation and Dinner -SET UP

Help us get the Lodge ready to welcome our District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler and his team for their official visitation!
We expect approximately 60 members and guests for the September 1 dinner, and we need a volunteer crew the day before to make sure the room is completely set and ready to go.
Setup Tasks
Volunteers will help with:
- Setting up and arranging tables and chairs
- Placing table linens
- Setting and arranging decorations
- Setting tables with silverware, glassware, and plateware
- Setting up the head table
- Setting up the podium
- Proper placement of flags
- Final room setup and finishing touches
There will be plenty to do, and having a good crew on Monday will make Tuesday’s visitation run much more smoothly.
What to Wear
Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes appropriate for moving tables, carrying supplies, and setting up the room. We need all volunteers to be able to carry at least 20 pounds.
As a thank-you for helping us welcome our District Deputy and his team, all volunteers will receive a complimentary meal the following night, September 1.
