Mac and Cheese Festival Chefs Needed

DETAILS:

We need two volunteers to help prepare two  different recipes for the annual  Mac and Cheese Festival in Avila Beach.  (You do not need to be a professional chef but you need to know how to follow a recipe!)

You will be making sheet pans of mac and cheese following two tried and true recipes from Fran Musetti. She will provide all ingredients. 

This would be the morning of the actual festival, on September 19 with a start time of  9 AM in the Elks lodge kitchen.  All food would need to be ready by noon for transport.
